About Us

30 years of experience in demolition

  • Our company introduced in Cyprus a special machine that can demolish buildings up to 40m. height safely.
  • We use metal scissors applied to the excavator that can cut up to 1m. steel and also can separate the structural steel from the building and then recycle the concrete using our available equipment, breakers and sieves.
  • We are also dealing with excavation, filling, land separation, road construction, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Demolition?

Demolition is a complex set of tasks involving structural dismantlement, site clearance, environmental remediation, salvage, recycling, and industrial recovery. Demolition by definition, involves the use of hydraulic equipment with specialized attachments, cranes, loaders, wrecking balls etc.

  • Deconstruction is defined as the labor-intensive demolition of a structure in order to maximize the amount of potentially recyclable materials from the building.

  • Commercial demolition is the partial or complete dismantlement of commercial properties such as office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, bridges, refineries etc.

  • Demolition and deconstruction are generally about the same, often close to 90% of the material on a project site. The major difference between the two processes tends to be that deconstruction is usually much more labor-intensive than conventional demolition where a heavy machinery, equipment and technology is used.
